Awesome!

Soooo, I have a new favorite item.

Footed pajamas.

I was very curious about these, I did not know if they would make me feel claustrophobic or up my body temperature from an already 1000 degrees to the surface of the sun hot. Alas, since the pj's are a two piece set I can wear a tank of and regulate my body temp.

The momil got me a set for Christmas, and I am in love! I have worn them everyday since I have received them. I have also ended up shock the @*#&$^ out of myself as well. FYI, a fleece Snuggie and fleece pj's make you into a human power plant.

I am on the verge of pulling a Peter Griffin when he bought a pair of footed pj's and never took them off.

I am not sure if I would feel the same way if they were the one piece, I think I would really feel confined.

Anyone out there have a one piece? How is it? Should I try?

Flirty Friday

Happy Friday!!!

So excited for the weekend! It was a nice day off yesterday, trying to get caught up on things (still).

Halloween party at work today and dress up!!! So much fun. As I was searching for what to be (a witch, by the way) I kept seeing cute halloween tights and then regular tights.

I am in love with colored/patterned tights/leggings!!! Not the colored nylons, no, no and no again. I love the thick tights and I cannot wait until it is cool enough to wear them. It was a bit chilly this morning, but we still warm up to around 65, still too warm for my hot blood. FYI, I sweat just thinking about being hot.

So, for this Flirty Friday edition, I am posting some of my favorite tights. Enjoy!!!

Flirty Friday

MAKEUP!!!

I love playing with makeup. Always have and always will, and I am in LOVE with the new fall colors!

I have always liked experimenting more in the fall/winter, and tend to wear more color during the season. During the summer, it is maybe some concealer, a little powder and curled lashes. Oh, and lip gloss, I love lip gloss during the summer. Love.

Shout for joy, the fall/winter season is upon us and I am so excited! Here are some of my favorites!

Plum/Purples - First off this is my favorite color in the whole wide world. So, it makes me giggle like a school girl whenever I can to pull out the purple makeup!

Of course the everlasting and classic red lips. Now, when I do a bold red lip I tend to back off on color on the rest of the face. When I was to do a bold red lip and darker eyes and lashes, I end up looking like I was trying to make some extra cash (if ya know what I mean). Some people can pull that off, of that which I am eternally envious of you, but you just have to experiment with yourself. If I was going to do this red lipstick, I would just pair it with a clean eye and a little mascara.

FYI, smokey eyes a big must again this season. I did also notice it's not just blacks/grays for smokey eyes. There were some colored smokey eyes which I am in love with! I am also so happy that Cover Girl decided to make it easy for the goofballs like me who just can't seem to get it down.

Are you ready for some Football?

Nothing makes me happier than hearing those opening words from Hank Williams Jr.

When football starts, everyone pulls out their team gear and wears it proudly. For years my staple has been an oversized team shirt/sweatshirt with jeans and sneakers. Oh, the times have changed. For the better, I must say. The past years have shown us that women are letting the boys know that we like football, and we wanna look good supporting our teams.

Flirty Friday

Ok, I'm late again with this Friday's post, but I have to show you guys this.

Amazing! I first saw this purple Miu Miu lace dress (the farthest one on the right) in my August issue of Vogue and googled it immediatly!

I then found out that Lily Allen wore this in Elle UK.

Flirty Friday Catch Up!

Yes, I have been slacking on my Flirty Fridays. Oh, but wait, I am about to make up for it now! Get ready for beautiful awesomeness.

I love watching The Rachel Zoe Project (and the season premiere was a hum dinger), and there was a dress from Chanel that Demi Moore was wearing, and it was UH-flippin-mazing! It is just so beautiful! Here is the shot from the magazine.

I mean come on people! This dress just blows my mind! Granted it is over 14K for the dress, that is just for the dress, I believe the bolero is almost 7K. So a bit out of my price range. Ok, so it's way out of my price range. I could buy a new car for that amount of money.

Sigh, my heart can only dream.

Adventures in Etsy

Well, it has happened.

Not, only do I love to go look on Etsy for hours on end. Literally, hours on end. I have begun to sell things on this magnificent website as well. I would almost venture to say this store is taking over my life, and I don't care. Take me Etsy, take me somewhere glorious.

I like making things, so I thought, maybe people would want to buy what I make. I only have a few items in my shop at the moment. I hope to keep adding weekly, so keep checking back! I will probably be making mostly simple home decor items, and accessories, such as headbands and pins. Maybe, I will venture out to bigger things later.
