One of the food groups I don't cook enough of is seafood. Mainly because husband is not a big fan, and I don't feel like cooking two meals. But! I have started working from home a few days a week, and this has afforded me being able to cook some yummy stuff during my lunch.
Here is what I did during my lunch today:
The start of something beautiful
Very simple ingredients, butter, tomatoes, garlic, green onions, chili flakes, parsley and oregeno. Now, I was so into this I didn't stop to take progess pics, but here is what you get after you add some red wine and cream.
To say this is delicious is an understatement! Also saying only and extra 1/2 hour on the treadmill is needed to burn this off is also an understatement!

And a herb citrus roasted chicken, it's "Pinned" so go get it!
